Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of services.

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services which obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon complete provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur will begin providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their knowledge that their right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
